Fundraise at Stache International 1416 East Fisher Service Drive, Detroit, MI 48207. The service here is good, friendly and attentive. Nice quality brioche buns for a rubbery and frozen blah turkey burger and shredded iceberg lettuce seems odd to me. Seems like a dichotomy of ingredients here. Prices are on the high for the below average quality of food received here. Maybe try the booze slush or the duck bowl to go down with the firecracker at least. The firecracker is the best thing we ate today, worth a try. The firecracker was a solid 4, the service was also a 4. The turkey burger was a 1 or less, especially when they charge $13 for this rubbery disk. Stache International 1416 E Fisher Fwy Detroit, MI 48207 313.974. I hope the fresh beef patty would be better than the turkey burger. The brioche bun at least was soft and fresh. You can taste how rubbery and not so pleasant the patty is on its own. I took apart the spongy turkey patty from the bun and thick coagulated cheese to eat it with a fork and knife. The burgers looked messy and they were too. The turkey burgers were out soon afterwards. The fries were slightly seasoned and decent. The fries and plastic ware were out first. We also ordered the firecracker as a late add. Reluctant to get the turkey burger since the bartender confirmed the turkey patties come frozen but we don’t ear beef so left little options for us. Their booze slush drink is made vodka and Faygo red pop.I wanted the Mundulo turkey but they haven’t brought it back on the menu and they just reopened back up.
